MobileRated is a free membership site which provides all sorts of phone applications like puzzles, calendars, calculators, trivia and much more. The site allows you to download applications directly to your phone or to your computer. You can transfer data through Bluetooth or WIFI.
MobileRated offers over 1000 games free of charge. The software products they offer are either free on a trial basis or demos with an option to buy or completely free mobile games. Most of the games they offer are free because of the advertisements. Browsing for content can be done through a PC or through your phone. There are tons of compatible phones which can download games. Some of the phones are listed below: Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG, Alcatel Samsung and much, much more. Most of the games they offer are compatible with most major carriers like Cingular, Vodafone, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile and much more. | Feedback: | MobileRated is the site you want to go to if you want quality mobile games. They pride in their legality. That’s a good thing. In navigating the site, the homepage is a bit boring but it is quite easy to browse though their content. It is easy to search for games since everything is categorized according to what kind of game they have like puzzles, arcades, action, and a lot more.
I am impressed with a lot of phones they carry. They try to update their system to be compatible with the newest phones out in the market. Although they admit they do not carry all phones, they still can catch up with some of the newest models. A hassle for most users is the ad that comes with the game which is understandable since the games are free or on a trial basis. Nevertheless, ads can be rid off by purchasing the game after the trial period. Looking at the whole picture, this site is full of games, games and games! It is certainly the site you would want to go to for quality games and JAVA apps. There are no ringtones, themes and other mobile content but there are games galore. |
