FlyCell.com is a very attractive site for ringtone lovers. The site is an online destination for all sorts of cellular phone needs and more. Personalizing phones with the hottest entertainment, sports, games and other applications which reflect your own unique digital lifestyle. Flycell is available for customers all over the world. Customers can download ringtones, wallpapers, themes and games. Many wireless providers are affiliated to Flycell because of its positive feedback from customers worldwide. Music companies and game developers are able to reach customers through Flycell. Website can be set to español as well. The company was founded in the year 2004 which is owned by Acotol Group. Based in New York the group has operations outside the country stationed at Brazil, Canada, Italy, Spain and Turkey. Ringtones are priced at $2.99 per download or $9.99 on a monthly subscription rate. Messages and data rate may apply per download. |

| Feedback: | In terms of quality content, there is no question that flycell provides great mobile ringtones, wallpapers and games. The website navigation is so easy and the homepage itself is very attractive and user friendly. There are a lot of other mobile features which can be fun and exciting for users. But what bothers me is that the site is bombarded by negative feedback. Some claim that they have been duped to believe to receive ringtones but instead they get to sign a monthly subscription. There is no denying that a lot of people are actually pissed by their service as well. The common negative feedback on the site is their alleged false advertisement and their poor customer service. Tons and tons of negative customer feedback are posted online. If Flycell could improve their services I could up their star rating but for now I give them 2 stars because of the beautiful site layout combined with the negative customer feedback. |

“My friend was trying get me some ring tones online through www.flycell.com. It was suppose to be 25 ring tones. They sent me a pin and I text it to her and she enters it online and then they send me a text saying that I’m gonna be charged $9.99 a month so I replied STOP like the text said to do and never received any ring tones or anything from them but they still charge me $9.99 on my prepaid phone. My friend contacts them to have the charge removed and they wouldn’t speak with her cause it wasn’t her phone so I contact them today online on their website and they told me that their not removing the charge even though nothing was purchased!!” “My 13 old downloaded something or other on the computer. Now admittedly, it was my son’s fault but he is a minor. I called them to talk about the account that was signed up for on 11/25 and cancelled on 11/25. They refused to refund any part of it. It took over 20 minutes and threats of a class action lawsuit due to the fact that, by law, a minor is not able to enter into, nor be held financially responsible for a contract before they agreed to refund any money. They claim I will be receiving a check within 3-4 weeks. We’ll see…” “Call AT&T NOW and get this removed and blocked.
