I have found my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic cell to become the ideal overall We've owned. Just wish it had a slide out qwerty keyboard! Anyway, it does not so adequate is enough. A bunch of men and women whine regarding the camera, it does suck, but it's not that critical to me-I have a great Canon SD950 digital camera if I want pics. I'm definitely please with how customizable it really is and all the items I can perform with it. Needs charging nearly regular when utilised a fair bit. Thinking about debranding it. Rogers (Canada) keeps items quite locked down and also the greatest fw I are already able to upgrade to is v30 (something like that cannot remember the exact quantity in the moment). Sounds like v40 has some fine functions I'm missing out on.Nicely, glad I found this forum, I hope to find out a good deal a lot more about what I can perform with my cell phone.

I ought to say that my selection to obtain a Palm Pixi with Sprint support was each a rational and emotional 1. I suggest, the Palm Pixi is lovely and functional. And coupled with the support high quality of Sprint, it seems next to nothing brief of a revolution within the generating. I think that Palm and Sprint have (almost) hit it off famously. I did a good deal of analysis previous to purchasing the Pixi but overlooked at minimum just one point. The Pixi doesn't, yet, permit me synchronize my e-mails concerning it and Outlook. As far as I am concerned, this can be a drawback I'm facing unless Palm comes up with a option quickly. With my prior SmartPhone running a Windows OS, it was a snap to synchronize e-mails as well as other info with one's Personal computer. But Pixi's inability to accomplish so is producing existence a little hard for me due to the fact I have to Bcc each and every e-mail, I send out, to my e-mail address and then manually transfer it towards 'sent' folder in Outlook. I hope Palm, or at lowest a third-party, will arrive up having a option incredibly soon that will very easily permit me synchronize all my e-mails, and ideally all important info, concerning the Pixi and my office Computer.

Good information. Nowadays I just got a Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 inside the mail from ebay, and it at present seems that it is at stock settings for the Verizon Network. I strategy to utilize this cell phone on Metro PCS. I also desire to put Windows Mobile 6.5 on right here, but I'm not certain which purchase I ought to do this in. Ought to I consider it to Metro PCS as is and have it activated, and be able to afterwards flash the ROM with 6.five? Or must I modify the ROM very first and then carry it to Metro PCS? I've been searching all around and I'm unable to find the answer to this.

Already been involved in cellular communications as an RF engineer since 1982 when I worked for Motorola. Had Blackberrys for the previous 8 years or so, but just pre ordered a Samsung Vibrant from T-mobile. Want a few new features as well as a brand new Os to play with. I'm frustrated that Tmobile has turned off the wifi hotspot feature in the Samsung Vibrant, but I am certain somebody will certainly figure out how to root it and add the feature back in. I'm now having a wifi only iPad and want to wirelessly tether it to the phone. Looking forward to obtaining my new phone!

I have had the Samsung Rogue since Jan 7th, it previously worked great until about 2 months ago. my phone does not receive texts messages until about 20-30 minutes after the other person sent them. most of the occasion i will get several messages at once, when i do receive them. any time i send out a image message occasionally it will send just fine and other occasions it may take a few minutes, hours, or a day to get to the other person. i have heard of others having troubles with their phone randomly turning off, mine does that too. my first samsung rogue got so bad i had to get a replacement, that was nearly 2 weeks ago. I am still having the same troubles with my new one! I am so frustrated, i just want to get a new type of phone. i payed retail for the rogue and am so mad that it turned out to be a crappy phone :/ just my rant...
