Phonezoo claims to be the “Most rocking, fun, easy Top-10 US Mobile entertainment site.” The site allows users to personalize their phones with custom tones uploaded by different users. Although the membership is easy there are some ringtones which can also be purchased since they are not uploaded by online users but by third party vendors. There is also a feature of the site where they allow you to create your own customized ringtone. You can upload and share this ringtone as well. Any audio file from your computer can be uploaded as a ringtone by using the platform phonezoo has provided. Browsing through the songs is done by categories. There are three categories: public, tags and copyrighted songs. Copyrighted songs are songs which you have to purchase. Browsing ringtones through Genres like Pop, Rap, Alternative, Rock , Country and others. For the parents who are concerned about the content their children download, phonezoo has the family filter to turn on or off. |

| Feedback: | Phonezoo has been visited by millions of users since 2006. With the dawn and help of Facebook, it has continued to rise in ranks with other top leading mobile content providers online. There are some negative feedback as to compatibility issues but it should be understood that Sprint already has released a memo wherein updates make Sprint phones not able to download content from other non affiliated providers. This is bad news for Sprint phones.
On the other hand, phonezoo has provided great service and great downloads for users. Ease of browsing the web is of key importance and I think they were able to nail it. Plus the video tutorials. This is a good way of making people more interested in their site. All in all, I think they are going to be the most –rocking fun mobile website if they continue their good work in providing updated content and great customer support. |
